Cancellations 

We understand that things don’t always go to plan and you may not be able to attend your appointment.

We ask that if you need to cancel please do so the day before your appointment or at least 12 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment.

Repeated no shows may be required to place a 50% deposit down in advance for their future appointments.

If you find yourself running late for your appointment please call to let us know, if more than 15-20 minutes has passed we will need you to reschedule for a different day.

Afterpay 

Afterpay is available for service over $150.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available in-store must be paid in full at time of purchase.

 You are also able to pre-pay for your or someone else’s next appointment.
